Once you have completed your transaction, product (s) will be packed and sent to you, in accordance with your order.
In the unlikely event that any of the products you receive are faulty in any way, simply contact us at Cottons Customer Care, using the address or telephone number you will find on the pack(s) you have received.
Your complaint will be dealt with promptly and courteously and your statutory rights are the same as they would be if you had bought the product (s) in any retail outlet.

Cottons tampons, liners and pads and Comforts liners and pads are all made using 100% natural first grade cotton, in state of the art manufacturing conditions, in line with worlds best practice.
They are all chlorine free and hypo-allergenic.
Cottons products also accord with key regulatory and quality standards, for example Cottons tampons accord with the TGA's required Australia/New Zealand standard AS/NZS 2869:1998, as well as complying with the EC's Edana standards and being approved by the US FDA.
